Contracted with the Pennsylvania Department of Aging Waiver Program (UPMC Home & Community Program, Pa Health & Wellness, & AmeriHealth Caritas), Office of Developmental Prograqms Waiver, Obra Waiver, Act 150 Waiver, CommCare Waiver. Also contracted with VA to provide Aide and Attendant services

Services are based on client need.

 

Social Worker and Certified Home Health Aid

For those that need assistance in their daily living beyond what family and friends can provide, our friendly Home Health Aides provide companionship and comfort while helping them stay healthy.

Medicare-certified skilled care

All services must be under the direction of a physician.
