How do you choose the Care Specialist?
Each candidate undergoes a one-on-one interview with our Care
Director. Background checks, reference checks, and physicals with

I live out of town and my mother needs help.
How can I determine the help she needs?
Our initial visit includes a unique assessment completed by a
registered nurse. Our nurse will contact your family to discuss
the findings. At that time, a care plan will be developed to meet
the needs of your mother, with family input.

Do you provide services while the client is in
the hospital?
Yes. There may be times when the family needs to leave the hospital
or cannot stay with their loved one as they wish. When needed, The
Caring Mission will provide the same
Care Specialist for consistency and familiarity.
